The new executives of Casford Alumni on 6th August 2022 organised a massive health walk to Peduase. The event started from the foothills of the Aburi mountains and continued with an intensive aerobics session at Peduase. Tired fellows, after descending the hills were greeted with a massive kenkey party with pork and chicken grills from The Pork Chef.

President of the association Lt. Col. Zibbor Bismark Von Akatey congratulated fellows for the massive turnout. He further encouraged fellows to continue exercising regularly in order to perform optimally at all levels. A major sponsor of the alumni group and the event; Healthtech Specialist Clinic provided free medical screening.
