The mentor is generally more experienced than the mentee and makes use of that experience in a facilitative way to support and promote the development of the mentee. The mentoring relationship provides a developmental opportunity for both mentor & mentee and can thus be of mutual benefit. That during the matching process, that information on this form can be shared with my mentor  That being matched with a mentor fitting all my preferences and/or criteria cannot be 100% guaranteed. That if there are any reasons that I cannot continue in this program, I will notify my Mentor and the Mentor Program Coordinator.
