Welcome to Casely Hayford Hall Alumni website !

Casely Hayford Hall is the only male hall in the University of Cape Coast. It was established in 1967 and named after of the illustrious sons of Ghana. Joseph Ephraim Casely Hayford, MBE, was a prominent Fante Gold Coast journalist, editor, author, lawyer, educator, and politician who supported pan-African nationalism. Current and past residents of this Great Hall, draws their confidence and assertiveness from this great nationalist. Also known as the ‘Only University, within a Unity’ both current and past resident refers to each other as a ‘Fellow CASFORDIAN’. TRUTH and COURAGE remains the guiding principle of every CASFORDIAN.

2001/2 Year Group reaches out to colleagues

2001/2Together we stand, divided we fall…alumni group continues to live up to the solidarity pledge, individuals, groups continue to reach out and provide support to fellows in need. The 2001/2-year group over the past 3 years have contributed over GHc 30,000.00 to support critical medical expenses of colleagues. Additionally, close to GHC24,000 have been paid out to 12 individuals as funeral contributions, GHc2000 per head.
